• All grant applications must be in writing
• Grant proposals should comprise a one or two page cover letter describing the project, expected results, and the grant applicant(s). The proposal should also include a detailed project budget (including all anticipated revenues and expenses).
• The Trustees may request additional information and documentation after studying the proposal and discussing it with the grant applicant. All grant applications should be sent to The Ohio Youth Rugby Foundation, c/o Thomas Mack, Trustee, 1200 Haddon Rd, Columbus, OH 43209.
• All grant applicants will be notified of the status of their application in writing after the application has been considered by the Trustees. Successful applications will receive funds:
  • -once the clinic, camp, or other event has concluded and results have been documents.
  • -after any educational materials have been printed and distributed
  • - upon receipt of both invoices for equipment and services which payment has been approved by the Foundation and a canceled check evidencing payment by the applicant
