All entries received on-line must be followed by a payment mailed to the Ohio Rugby Classic. Registration is not considered final until payment is received in US Dollars. Proof of CIPP membership is also required.

If your club has a permanent mailing address and would like to be on our mailing list, please forward it to us to ensure your club will receive information regarding future Ohio Rugby Classics and other pertinent information as soon as it becomes available.

Each club will be scheduled for 2 matches on Saturday and at least one on Sunday. By entering the tournament you are accepting the responsibility to honor all scheduled matches. Failure to do so will result in discipline from your local union and suspension from future Ohio tournaments.

Teams registered by March 23, 2012 are eligible for a registration fee discount. However, for registrations postmarked after March 23, 2012 fees must be paid in full in order to be eligible to participate! Deadline for tournament registration is April 8, 2012, No exceptions! This will ensure that all participating clubs receive a complete packet of information 7 - 10 days before the tournament. Included will be notification of your opening match opponent, game time and field number, tournament rules, information on the captains' meeting on Friday night, a map to the pitches, a map of the Columbus area, and other helpful information.

It is important to remember that the ORC cannot guarantee clubs traveling long distances will have late starting times for Saturday's opening matches. We are sympathetic to this situation, but we must sometimes schedule early matches for these clubs due to field availability, referees, number of teams in the division, etc.. The bottom line is to tell your players to prepare for the possibility of a 9:00 a.m. Saturday match. This goes for all divisions.
